My husband and I stayed at this hotel the beginning of our Colorado trip and two nights at the end. The suites are set up like townhouses. The front desk staff are kind and friendly, and eager to help with any needs. The cleaning staff and food service staff as just as kind. The beds are comfortable and the fully stocked kitchen is wonderful. The hotel is only a few miles from Pearl Street Mall that is so fun to visit. It is conveniently located to downtown. I highly recommend this hotel! 5/5 stars

A little older, but very clean, great service, quiet, lots of space, good price, worked out great to visit family for a few days. Would recommend and likely return. Thanks!
Nothing fancy, but a great value. It is an older community, but is fairly well maintained. The staff was great, and the location was perfect for my stay. The room had a full kitchen which I loved - it made it easy to enjoy local finds at the grocery store. Comfortable, and a place I would be happy to stay at again.
The rooms are nice and the layout is solid. I didn't have any room service done via request for the 5 days I was there. The service rating is knocked down, because they have a heated pool listed online, but when we got there we were told that it is closed due to it being to expensive to heat. If that is the case I would suggest removing it from the website.
Perfect location away from the busy streets but just a mile from 6th Street mall and CU Boulder. Safe area in a business park. Good breakfast, nice workout facility. Rooms have spacious kitchens. The only complaint was that the refrigerator in our room made a lot of noise at night so we had to unplug it. This seems to be an issue with many Residence Inns and not isolated to just this property. The pull out bed was extremely uncomfortable so next time we'll book two double beds instead of a king and a sofa bed.
Love this roomy, pleasant spot for Boulder stays. Clean and comfortable. Outdoor amenities a bonus. Pool, grills, shaded spots for sitting. Garden-apartment styling means it doesn’t feel “hotel-y.” The grounds are lovely in the summer. Feels like a mini-resort.
Great place for an extended stay. Everything was in good condition and the whole place was well-kept. Our room didn't get cleaned the entire week, but the front desk staff were all very friendly and helpful.
